As the founder of Wildcard Thinking, I am a coach and catalyst for transformation. With over 20 years of experience guiding clients through change, I bring a unique blend of expertise, humor, and passion to my work.

My unconventional background in improv comedy, coupled with deep expertise, infuses sessions with spontaneity, energy, and a refreshing perspective. I am certified in administering leading assessment tools like the Leadership Agility 360, DiSC, and FourSight, equipping clients with valuable insights for personal and organizational growth.

Credentials & Experience

I am a seasoned coach, trainer, and facilitator who has worked across diverse industries, including the military, tech, higher education, non-profit sector, government, semiconductor, and information technology. My approach is rooted in my academic background, holding a Master of Science in Creativity and Change Leadership from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science from Gettysburg College. I am also a PCC level certified coach with the International Coaching Federation.
